My passion lies in creating a compassionate, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, find hope, healing, and resilience in your journey toward mental wellness.

I’m passionate about helping people heal in a safe, supportive, and accepting environment. With over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, I’ve dedicated my career to walking alongside others on their path toward growth and self-discovery.

Outside the therapy room, I find grounding and inspiration in the great outdoors. Whether snowboarding down a mountain, camping under the stars, or hiking with my dog, nature helps me stay present and connected to the world around me.
